Just as I am, without one plea, But that thy blood was shed for me, And that thou bidst me come to thee, O Lamb of God, I come!
Just as I am, and waiting not To rid my soul of one dark blot, To thee, whose blood can cleause each spot, O Lamb of God, I come!
Just as I am, though tossed about With many a conflict, many a doubt, Fightings and fears, within, without, O Lamb of God, I come!
Just as I am, poor, wretched, blind, Sight, riches, healing of the mind, Yea, all I need in thee to find, O Lamb of God, I come!
Just as I am�thou wilt receive, Wilt welcome, pardon, cleanse, relieve; Because thy promise I believe, O Lamb of God, I come!
Just as I am�thy love unknown
Hath broken every barrier down ;
Now to be thine, yea, thine alone,
O Lamb of God, I come! |
When through the deep waters I call thee to go, The rivers of woe shall not thee overflow ; For I will be with thee, thy troubles to bless, And sanctify to thee thy deepest distress.
When through fiery trials thy pathway shall lie, My grace, all-sufficient, shall be thy supply. The flame shall not hurt thee; I only design Thy dross to consume, and thy gold to refine.
The soul that to Jesus hath fled for repose
I will not, I will not desert to his foes ;
That soul, though all hell should endeavor to
shake, I'll never, no, never, no, never forsake! |

My faith looks up to thee, Thou Lamb of Calvary,
Saviour divine! Now hear me while I pray : Take all my guilt away : Oh, let me from this day
Be wholly thiue!
May thy rich grace impart Strength to my fainting heart,
My zeal inspire! As thou hast died for me, Oh, may my love to thee Pure, warm, and chaugeless be,
A living fire!
WThile life's dark maze I tread, And griefs around me spread,
Be thou my guide! Bid darkness turn to day. Wipe sorrow's tears away, Nor let me ever stray
From thee aside.
When ends life's trausient dream, When death's cold, sullen stream
Shall o'er me roll, Blest Saviour, then in love Fear and distrust remove ; Oh, bear me safe above,
A ransomed soul! |

Fear not; I am with thee ! Oh, be not dismayed! I, I am thy God, and will still give thee aid; I'll strengthen thee, help thee, and cause thee to
